I just don’t even know where to start, she is nothing short of amazing and I just want to thank you Kaylee, we have been thru a lot the last 5 years and you have been there every step of the way up to having to put some goats to sleep, and she was there the whole way and I mean the whole way, got down in the hole and helped us get them settled and moved after the fact, and it was just really awesome of you to go the distance you have for us and for our animals, thank you so much! I knew you cared and did this for love of what you do, today I seen something on a whole different level in just how much you really care and take what you do to heart. Thank you for everything! You made today so much easier on our hearts..

I needed a vet in the Helena area for my chameleon and I'm so grateful that Dr. Senior agreed to see her! She was compassionate and knowledgeable about my reptile, and the charge for the medication and visit was incredibly reasonable. I'm thrilled that there's someone in town who not only see exotic animals, but also knows what they're doing.

I had to cancel an appointment last minute one day because my mom was sent to the ER out of town. I didn't just not show up I called them to let them know. They were not very nice and told me there was a 30 dollar fee. They didn't care what my reason was. I was a customer with them for years and multiple animals before as well. Mind you this appointment was not them come to my place it was to show up at her office which is also her home. So I ended up forgetting about it and moved out of state a few months later. I messaged them to ask for one of my animals records thinking it should be an easy thing. They messaged me back basically stating we would be happy to do that but there is a balance due. I messaged back and explained the previous situation again thinking it was only 30 dollars and maybe they would let it go. Nope they messaged me back and said we take venmo. So I sent them the 30 dollars and gave them my email. Very rude and cold. I was a long time good customer. I don't recommend anyone use them anymore because of this terrible way they treated us.
